Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries made by Erdfarben Enterprise, Aburi, Eastern Region
Ghana (hereinafter referred to as Download.GhanaFam.Com) to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
Contractual partner
The contract of sale is concluded with Erdfarben Enterprise, Aburi, Eastern Region, Ghana.
Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
By clicking the button [Buy now] you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you have a right of cancellation in accordance with the statutory provisions.
If you, as a consumer, make use of your right of revocation pursuant to section 4.1, you shall bear the regular costs of the return shipment.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us [Erdfarben Enterprise, Aburi, Eastern Region
Ghana; email: [email protected]] by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or email sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days.

Delivery
Delivery takes place upon completion of the order via a download link.
Payment
Payment can be made either by giro or credit card in advance, PayPal or MTN MobileMoney.
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
