Description
On this tour you will get deep insights into the activities at the Craft Village in Aburi in the Eastern Region of Ghana. You will look behind the scenes and meet the authentic carvers. You will be able to look over their shoulders as they do their creative handwork, hear their stories and learn about the history of West African carving and its faszinating symbolism.
Your guide Kwaku has been a member of the Craft Village for many years and can therefore tell you the most exciting stories about this mysterious and extremely important place of the keepers of the Ghanaian culture.
